RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for eligible merchandise. We accept returns by mail, cover return shipping costs, don’t charge a restocking fee, and accept returns of used items. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (including the original shipping cost).

To be eligible for a return, please confirm that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You have the order number or proof of purchase from supfull.com

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To initiate a return, email support@supfull.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for your return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a downloadable return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email support@supfull.com with the following so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the damaged item
  • A picture of the shipping label
  • 3 pictures of the damaged box (interior and exterior of the shipping package condition)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for refunds and/or returns.

EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, please confirm that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • You have the order number or proof of purchase from supfull.com

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, email support@supfull.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to exchange
  • The reason for your exchange

Once the exchange is accepted, we’ll happily send you a new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@supfull.com.

CUSTOMER REMORSE
